Her prestigious Las Vegas career PR campaign successes are endless:  Elvis Presley Enterprises first-ever Official Auction from Archives of Graceland with Guernsey’s of New York, International Spokesperson for Barbra Streisand’s Millennium New Year’s Eve Concert, master plan reinvention of MGM Grand as The City of Entertainment, launch of luxury suites The Mansion at MGM Grand, 16,000 seat Grand Garden Arena for dozens of concerts/sporting events and the Billboard Music Awards, renowned restaurants and celebrity chefs the late Charlie Trotter, Emeril Lagasse, Wolfgang Puck and Michael Mina, and A-lister John Travolta’s red carpet movie premiere and after party at Studio 54.

Known in the Entertainment Capital of the World as the PR Maven, in 2005 she took her Las Vegas inspired entrepreneurial spirit and launched her own PR consulting company and LLC working with clients James Beard Award-Winning Chef Michael Mina and his team to launch Bourbon Steak at the Fairmont Scottsdale AZ, C Level luxury boutique at Boca Park and Spring Mountain Motor Resort & Country Club for international auto aficionados.

She loves traveling and toured nine China provinces for 21 days with her client renowned American pianist Philip Fortenberry for his Salute To Broadway Tour, worked in Paris, France for the launch of the original Crazy Horse Paris production show La Femme at MGM Grand, visited the Blue Zone of Costa Rica, hiked the Hawai’i Volcanoes National Park and snorkeled the Great Blue Hole off the coast of Belize.

Shelley is active as a volunteer in her community and currently serves since 2020 on the Board of Directors for nonprofit The Indian Riverkeeper a member of the global Waterkeeper Alliance.  She supports many charitable organizations and causes, including The Composers Showcase of Las Vegas, Young Artists Orchestra of Las Vegas, St. Baldrick’s Foundation to help find cures for children’s cancer, YMCA Treasure Coast FL Summer Youth Camp Program, and Operation 300 helping children of Gold Star families in Stuart, FL where she runs the annual 5k race.  In 2025 she ran for her third time the 5k race to support the Treasure Coast Rowing Club and won first place in her division. 

She is a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, a ’95 Leadership Las Vegas Graduate by the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and holds a certificate from the MGM Diversity Champion program.

Born and raised in Illinois, she moved to glitzy Las Vegas to kickstart her PR career in 1992 and living since 2018 in a Florida tropical paradise near Palm Beach, she loves volunteering for her favorite charities, working out at her favorite group fitness classes, supporting small businesses especially farm to table chefs and locally-owned coffee shops, farmers markets, paddle boarding, snorkeling, golfing, hiking mountains, nature preserves, exploring state/national parks and traveling with her husband.
